Every year our Insight Day series introduces hundreds of underrepresented young people to potential employers, their workplaces and employees.

MyBigCareer Employer Insight Days, hosted by inspiring volunteers within the workplaces of our corporate partners, help to inspire, guide and equip young people aged 15 – 18 for their future world of work.

Our goal is for every student to come away from our Insight Days with new understanding of the range of roles and to have met lots of interesting people within the host company. Combined with practical advice and guidance that directly enhances students’ employability, our aim is for all Insight Day participants to feel better prepared for the working world.

We also love to see how our students go on to secure further work experiences and paid roles within our partners’ businesses!
