Our Impact Report brings together all the outcomes of our work since 2020. We are proud to share the impact we have been able to make for underrepresented young people thanks to the support of all our volunteers and partners.

Student and teacher feedback
Over 5,000 students have completed an evaluation after being supported by our programme. Their feedback has enabled us to measure improvements in confidence and their awareness of career choices.
9 in 10 would recommend us to a friend and have a clearer career plan as a result.
95% of participating students agree that the MyBigCareer programme has been beneficial to them.
We have shaped our programme in close consultation with teaching staff at our partner schools.
More than 100 teachers have given their feedback after seeing how their students grew in confidence and career awareness after taking part.
